Vibration Analysis & Balancing
We utilize our computer balancing equipment to ensure all fans are completely balanced at operating speed prior to shipment. This balancing service can also be offered in the field.
Periodic vibration analysis provides advanced indication and assessment of problems such as unbalance, misalignment, structural resonance, looseness, worn or loose bearings, worn or defective gears, and numerous electrical problems.
We can provide emergency design and fabrication of custom or standard impellers, shafts, and air distribution plenums. We can perform both static and dynamic balancing of fan wheels in our shop or in the field.
