Our design capabilities are honed by responding to our customers requests to solve problems, help determine how to manufacture a new product, and how to increase production, to name a few.  Our people are well-rounded, and we seek to balance academic education with real-world field experience.  We do the calculations, and we do the start-up as well.

THERMEQ provides a wide variety of inspection and tune-up services. Regular internal and external inspections can anticipate problems before they cause equipment damage. THERMEQ recommends that all heat treat equipment be tuned and inspected on a yearly basis. THERMEQ offers tune-up and inspection programs that are tailored to each individual customer’s needs. Yearly tune-ups improve equipment efficiency and help avoid shutdowns and failures.

Engineering Studies
THERMEQ has the capability to perform studies on many different types of equipment. Determining the required heating capacities of equipment can be useful in determining if a piece of equipment can handle a new process and is also used in determining the required heating capacity of new equipment.
